Absolutely!! You could find a great project car from dropping into your local junk yards and looking around. You may find a old beat up shell of a corvette and buy it for $100 take it home, spend time and money and love on it and you can make it worth a few thousand dollars!

the bearing is out of the colum go to a junk yard buy a replacement colum its the cheapest way out

unfortunately they no longer make buick car parts, you should take your vehicle to the local junk yard and get as much cash as you can for it.
buy the new module. buy a manual for your car. buy needed tools. figure it out and replace it. OR take it to a shop. OR junk the car, cause it's probably not worth replacing that broken module.
Check the fuse first. It will save you the $12 of buying a horn at the junk yard and actually fix the problem. :)
you can go to a salvage or junk yard to get one, go to a body shop, a dealer or a parts store. Usually they are easily changed, but if you can't figure it out, a lot of guys at the junk yard could show you.
