Yes. However, you probably won't find very high quality baking chocolate. It shoudl work to get you by!

Yes
you go buy chocolate from walmart (milk chocolate) :P
You can buy feastsbales chocolate from Walmart, target and many other stores
None specifically. The kind of chocolate used for baking should be high in cocoa solids - percentages are usually listed on both baking and eating chocolate. As long as you buy an eating chocolate high in cocoa solids (65% or higher), it will be fine to bake with (assuming no weird "fondant centres" or "caramel chunks" etc...). I think 'baking chocolate' is primarily sold to people who do not bake often, so do not know what to look for when choosing a chocolate variety with which to bake.
12 ounces of Chocolate Chips equal 12 squares of baking chocolate.
I wouldn't I would buy a sweetened bar.
You can buy sugar free chocolate from any store you can think of including Walmart, Walgreens, Target and Ralphs.
Baking pans can be purchased at Bed Bath & Beyond. They have a deal for 3 baking pans for $9.99. You can also apply a 20% coupon to save an additional $2.
When you put the chips in, add sugar.

In tescos, sainsburys, morrinsons, etc. If you want a really big chocolate bar, stick lots of little chocolate bars together with melted chocolate. Or you could make the wrapper with cardboard, tape, & a LOT of paint!
