No. The only way to get Evolution Stones (Other than the Moon Stone [Found in Meteor Falls] and the King's Rock Found in Mossdeep City]) Is to either trade shards to the Hunter near Mossdeep City or You can get a Fire Stone in the Firey Path after you beat Flannery at the Lavaridge Gym (You need Strength to move the stones out of your way.)
