Yes you can, You can buy Armor for your Spartan, (Helmets, Shoulder, Chest, Knee Guards). You can also change the color of your spartan armor, (Which also applies to your Elite, Which can not be changed Armor wise, there is only different ranks of elites). Hope that answers your question <3 :D
