You can not buy a visa, in whatever it is an airport in Bangladesh (Not only Sylhet Shah Jalal airport). If you are Bangladeshi by birth, but using a foreign passport, you dont need a visa. But in your passport <it must be seen, the town of Bangladesh you were born>. Rest is easy, you must be speaking Bangla.
