You can not bypass leveling up Pokemon at level 100. There are some codes that sound like they can bypass codes, but they are just to do that to trick you into corrupting your game system, or it just doesn't work.
There is only some cheats that you can bypass level 100, but its sort of stupid just to level up Pokemon after 100, because you'll just be leveling up till level 100,000,000...

P.S. Vwithrow on my watchlist said, "Then wat is it!?!?!?!?!?!!?". Well, technically, I don't know the answer. Either go on some website that contains Action Replay codes or just forget about it.

Unfortunately the Action Replay codes do not work for Platinum, but if you level up/catch rare Pokemon on Diamond/Pearl and trade them over (holding an item e.g. masterball) then it'll be like a little cheat device. This is how I intend to get Manaphy.
