If your phone plan includes mobile to mobile calling it does. If you're using prepaid it generally won't unless your on the $1 a day mobile to mobile plan.
"SOS Call" is a call to an emergency number such as 911 in North America or 112 in most of Europe. SOS calls are handled specially.
if you have a plan, and you have T-Mobile you will have to call T-Mobile and tell them that your using a sidekick. It will be worse or maybe you will have to pay more if the bill comes because T-Mobile does not known that your using a sidekick.
