No, you can't. There are a couple Pokemon you can't catch. They are Surkit, Masquarain, Lunatone, Zangoose and either Latios or Latias (whichever one you didn't choose). Correct me if there's more!
you also cannot capture the 2 Pokemon you didn't choose as a starter and their evolutions, meditite, medicham, Roselia, and huntail (if you chose the deepseascale) or gorebyss (if you chose the deepseatooth).
So far only 5 games get the opportunity to capture mew in some way: Red version, Blue version, Yellow version, Emerald version and My Pokemon Ranch.
I'm pretty sure you can. I know you can with a Japanese version of a GBA game, so I think that Italian would do the same.
Its not possible to capture kakuna in emerald version so to get it trade one from firered or leafgreen to emerald.
You can get Ho-oh only in Gold, Silver and Crystal versions. Cheating is the only way in Emerald
with a master ball or weaken it and throw ultra balls until u capture it
In every single Pokemon game and version, there are different Pokemon you can capture and train. In some games, you can catch one species of Pokemon, but not be able to catch it in another. In this case, surskit cannot be caught in emerald version, same with Roselia, while in sapphire and ruby, those Pokemon can be caught.
You can only get a Charmander or any of the Kanto starters from Pokemon Leafgreen and Firered version. You will have to trade these pokemons into your Ruby, Sapphire ,Emerald, Diamond ,Pearl ,Plantimun, Heartgold and Soulsilver.
GO to the spear pillar and go inside climb to the top and your there but it has to be after you defeat the 8th gym!
