Possibly, but it's not certain. Denominations above $100 were removed from circulation in 1969. Even if the bank did take it, they would only trade it at face value. A private collector would pay extra.

MoreTechnically, bills above $100 were never formally withdrawn or demonetized. According to the Treasury they remain legal tender. However banks are required to make a "soft" withdrawal by keeping any that are deposited / cashed in and return them to the Treasury. The last high-value bills were printed in 1945 and soft withdrawals have been going on since 1969 so finding one in circulation today would be extraordinary.

As noted any high-denomination bill found today will almost certainly be worth more than its face value if sold to a private collector.
