Where to cash a check thirty days old
If it is a check that you get from your job maybe. But if it is a personal check no.
You should call the person (business) and explain why you didn't get to cash the check in time sometimes they will send you one back. I could find nowhere that they're allowed to cash old checks I hope this answered your question
A check that is older than 90 days (or 180 days depending on the Country) is considered a stale or expired check. It is worthless and carries no value. You cannot cash such a check. Since the check is expired, the check issuing bank will not pay for it. So, you cannot cash a check that is 210 days old.
In most states you have to be 16, others 18 y/o.
A cheque can be cashed only until 6 months from the date of issuance. all cheques become null and void after 6 months from the date of issue irrespective of whether they were cashed or not.

No, you cannot cash a check that is one year old. In most cases, a check that is six months old is usually stale. This therefore means that the check cannot be cashed.

You can always cash a check that is issued in your maiden name or your old married name. You can carry proof that you are indeed the person to whom the check was issued (A marriage certificate with your old married name on it) and visit the bank and explain them the situation. They will be able to cash the check for you.
The payroll department should take possession of the stale check, deface and void it, issue a new check in the same amount as the old one, and give the new check to the employee.
The bank does not have to cash it. Go back to the party who issued the check and ask for a replacement. IF they won't give a replacement check, sue in small claims court.
