Anyway, the second time you go to Sky Pillar, you won't be forced to go there, you will go when and if you want. OK, when you manage to reach Rayquaza in the sixth floor, you will battle it and try to catch it. Look: You'll encounter Rayquaza in level 70 and its Capture Rate is 3%.
