No, but a 45 wailmer is basically a wailord.
go to dive surface and use a super rod for about 10 times and you got a wailord
Rather than catching a Wailmer at Lv. 40, you can find one by surfing on Route 129 or Fishing on Route 136 with the Super Rod. (though they're very rare, I'd say evolve Wailmer) You can catch a wailord at route 129 by super rod. Their level could be very high, although i met a lvl 28 wailord there by accident.
route 215 super rod vey rare, 2% encounter rate
catch a wailmer with a super rod then level it to 40
Just use Super Rod at any water (you can use your pokedex), catch at lv 30-40 Wailmer. Train the Wailmer, at lv40 it'll evolve into Wailord. I hope it's helpful
You cannot catch a Wailord, but you can catch a wailmer at Mossdeep with a super rod, and usually they are lvl 40-45, near or past when they evolve.
Use the Super Rod in Lilycove City.
I know in emerald you can at Mossdeep with a super rod.
There are two ways to get Wailord . The first and easiest way is to get a Wailmer. Level it up to level 40, and it will evolve. The other way is to surf around route 129. If you do it this way, it will probably take you days to capture it, so I do not recommend it. Wailord is a Pokemon needed to find the Regis Trio.AnswerWailmer can be caught by super rod in most water spots and just evolve it. (lv 40)AnswerThere is a very slim chance that you can catch Wailord use a super rod on route 129. The best way to getting a Wailord is by catching a Wailmer by using a super rod then evolving it. It evolves at level 40.
In Pokemon Emerald players can find the Luvdisc on Route 128. Players can also fish from them using a super rod.
Go to meteor falls and use a super rod.
on rount 119 note use super rod
