Yes. If, for example, you sexual intercourse in space and you contracted Human Papilloma Virus, this can develop into Cervical Cancer.

If you were exposed to too much sunlight, again, you could develop skin cancer, however, what your exposed skin would be doing in Space is more of a concern!

In general, cancers such as prostate cancer, occur when the natural change between old cells and new cells in the human body gets out of balance and this can happen at any time or anywhere.

I presume the original question was asking if Space can protect you but it cannot as Cancer is not an airborn virus or bacteria so it would make no difference.
