Naw Ruz is often celebrated on March 20th. in the evening (the Baháí day starts and ends at sunset), or during the day of March 21st. I guess it is possible to celebrate it another day, but that is not common, as far as I know.

ANSWER 2:

Naw Ruz is the Baha'i New Year. Celebrating it on another day would be like celebratingtheChristian calendar New Year on aday other than January 1. It would have no relevance and be meaningless.
