The Ford Crown Victoria models with a digital dashboard were primarily produced from 1998 to 2002. These models featured an optional digital instrument cluster that replaced traditional analog gauges. The digital dash was more commonly found in the higher-end trims and was often used in police and fleet vehicles. After 2002, the Crown Victoria transitioned back to a more traditional analog gauge setup.
The Ford Crown Victoria was first introduced in 1955 and discontinued in 1956. The more popular Crown Victoria models were produced between 1992 and 2012 when the Crown Vic was rereleased.
The 1981 Ford Crown Victoria does not have an Oxygen sensor.

The fuel pump is in the gas tank. You have to remove the tank for this. Or, if possible on some models you can remove the rear bench seat, cut open the floor and change the pump this way. I don't know if the crown applies to this.
