The US never printed 100 dollar silver certificates with this date.
A conception date can never be 100% accurate
There were no $100 gold certificates dated 1929. The nearest matches would be a National Currency bill with that date, worth $130.-$175., or a gold certificate dated 1928, worth $125.-$180. I have news FOR YOU. I have a $100 gold certificate dated 1929 on my desk as I type this.

It's not a silver certificate (or even "siver", whatever that is). It's a Federal Reserve Note, just as it says at the top of the front of the bill. If there is no letter or an A, B, C, or D next to the date it's worth $100 in worn condition, up to $140 if almost like new. If there's an E next to the date, $140.-$210.
