Not at this time. People have been asking for it a lot, but Blizzard always responded that they had no intentions of doing this in the near future.

The number one question you should ask yourself is: does the story NEED this character at all? And if so, is it the character that is in need of changing or an element of the story? It could be something as simple as a change in setting. If you ever feel a block in your process, try a different angle. But most definitely change your characters if they are flat or static. The best characters are dynamic, realistic, and ones which your reader can relate to.
