Go to the Sims2.com and then go to Search. Enter "shirts". And look for one with big boobs. Otherwise, I don't know anything else. And why would you want bigger boobs? That's a little gross.. :P

∙ 13y agoYou cannot get bigger boobs on The Sims 3. All boob size is on default which is tiny-medium.
Although it might be proven for the new expansion pack "The Sims 3 Late Night" that you will have power to control the boob size and growth for your sims.

If you do have it then:
When your in creative a family/sim mode where you select the name, age, size, skin colour. at the bottom of that window it will have a slide bar and it will make your sims breast bigger.

∙ 12y agoYes you can. When making a sim its usually one of the bottom sliders where muscles are by men. But when you save that and start the game you can't change it.
