You can choose a new EC once your horse's board in the current one expires.
When your horse is old enough, on the right of its picture, it will say board my horse in an equestrian center.
You can move into an equestrian centre by clicking the link to the top right of your horse's page "find an equestrian centre", and choosing from the list.
To take your horse out of an equestrian center on Howrse, first ensure that your horse is well-rested and has enough energy. Then, navigate to the equestrian center's page and select the option to take your horse out. You may need to choose a specific location for your horse to go, such as a pasture or a competition. Finally, confirm your choice, and your horse will be successfully taken out of the equestrian center.

You can only take your horse out after you bought it from the auctions or private sales.
Put your horse in an equestrian center with carrots. To check if the center has carrots, go to the center's page. To get carrots in your equestrian center, you must grow them in a meadow.
You can stable your own horse by going to equestrian center, boxes, click the reserve button next to a box, and type in your own username.
The most likely answer is that it is too young. Your horse can only go into equestrian centers when it is 6 months or over. Another reason could be that the equestrian center that you are trying to put your horse in has no open boxes.
You cannot, unfortunately. Once you board your horse you cannot remove it unless the creator of the Equestrian Centre deletes the box. Hope this helps :) -Chelsea111
