∙ 11y agowhile the sansa fuze and most apple products use the same '30-pin slot' they both use a different binary message (AKA, the thing that tells it what this cable is allowed and not allowed to charge) and (more serious) they use a different voltage, witch could mean that if you use an apple charger on your sansa fuze, it could fry your battery and maybe its entire system, so you would look at a price of a new cable, skyrocket into a new sansa fuze altogether. also some think that if you dont use the household docking station and instead charge it from your laptop via the usb that it would be safer, but again, theres a 50/50 chance that you'll just end up going from 10$-100$ in a few minutes.
