if they are rechargeble batteries then yes you can but they wont stay charged for that long
Placing batteries in the freezer will likely damage them.
No not really. But it depends on the type of battery you are using. Basically the only battery that you can get more use out of if you put it in the refrigerator is NiMH and Nicad batteries, (mostly used for electronics) because those kinds of batteries lose their charge after a few days. So if you keep them in the fridge they will retain 90% charge for months. But other then that, putting batteries in the freezer or fridge is not recommended. Also, if you put batteries in the fridge, when you take them out you have to wait until the warm up a bit before you use them.
how Can you charge multiple 12 volt batteries with a car?

Yes, if the batteries are rechargeable
The pad can charge as many batteries as it is destined to charge. Most pads charge about 4 batteries at a time.
it's better to store batteries in a cold climate, e.g., the refrigerator
Cooling lowers the rate of the chemical reaction in the batteries.
NO!
Some appliances are better adapted to batteries based on portability. Batteries allow significant portability. Appliances that remain in place, like a refrigerator, would not need batteries.
Batteries importance is in their inherent capability to store an electric charge.
Batteries charge nothing they hold a charge.
