No. The only situation that your license can be taken from you would be based on your behavior. You would need to be placed on temporary or full conservatorship from the court. This can happen only if the court deems you a danger to yourself or others and or you have no viable plan for self care-unable to provide food, shelter, medical care, clothing for yourself.
I have found it good sound advice not to tell to employers, insurance providers or anyone else who is not looking out for your best interest. There are laws that protect people with mental disabilities but not always followed by the general public due to ignorance. There is still a great stigma associated with mental illness.

I got my DNR license when i was 11 and took the Hunter Safety Class after that i got my real hunting license. Where i live you have to be 11 to be able to take the class and when you graduate the class you get a DNR number and when you go register that's the number on the back of your tag. If you already have a DNR number and have already taken the class than go and get your real license but you MUST TAKE THE CLASS you CAN NOT use your fathers or older brothers old license numbers that ILLEGAL!
