It's a perfect shade for contouring without any shimmers for a natural finish. Or you could just head over to MAC and ask for suggestions, if you prefer higher end cosmetics. To countour your cheeks, look straight on into a mirror and suck in your cheeks. You will see the hollows in your cheeks when you do this. Apply the colour with your brush right into the hollows and blend back towards the hairline, not extending above the cheekbone itself. Move brush to temples and blend colour over forehead, brushing closer to the hairline and stopping before you reach the mid of your forehead. To contour nose, use an eyeshadow brush, or a Q-tip and dip it into the blush. Draw two parallel lines at the pointed edge of your nose and blend with fingers.
