No, because if you drilled out the .32 caliber chambers in the cylinder to try to fit the fatter .38 ammunition, you would make the holes touch each other or get so close that there would not be enough steel in between them to hold them together during firing. It would be unsafe and the gun could blow up in your hand. And you'd have to change the barrel, too, which would be a very difficult and expensive process. It's much better to just sell the .32 that you have now and use the money, plus some extra money of your own, to buy a .38 caliber.
