In a three phase that means there are three lines live. Lets name the first line L1, second one L2 and the last L3. If you would connet it to a three phase motor then you require L1, L2 and L3 to be connected either in star or delta connection. Rating of your motor should be 200V, 3 phase , x HP ( star or delta connected). If you have a single motor of 200V then you only need to connect two lines of the three., namely either L1 to L2 , L1 to L3 or L2 to L3.

i think you just have to change the breaker from a 277 to a 120. 277 breakers are usually a 2 pole breaker and 120 is a single pole breaker. NO. 277v is not two poles, it is one pole, one single pole breaker in a 480 volt 3 phase system (typically). If you want 120 volts from a 277 volt source you need a step down transformer 277 volt to 120 volt , or 480/277 to 120/208 .

AC voltage conversions are usually done with transformers. Most commonly, a 3 phase 277/480v system is transformed to a 3 phase 120/208v system. You can, however transform to anything you like with the proper transformer. If you are trying to convert 480v single phase to 240v single phase, such as for home use, then ask for that type transformer. It would use only 2 phases of the 3 phase system. Using 2 phases is called single phase and there are reasons for this that are beyond the scope of this answer. 220v and 110v are field measurements of what is considered 240v and 120v when ordering equipment or applying code.
