cooking cookies on pampered chef stone
Some of the more popular Pampered Chef products you can buy at Pampered Chef parties are: the mandolin which slices everything from veggies to meats. Another favorite is the ice cream scoop which thaws the ice cream as it scoops it out. The pitcher is a favorite because it has a pressure top and liquid measurement markings. Pampered Chef Stoneware is awesome......the surface is virtually non porous so you won't transfer food tastes between foods and your foods will come out crispy and cook even....so no more burnt edged cookies or brownies with raw middles.....to use the stone you may want to grease it the first couple times so foods won't stick.....as your stone becomes seasoned it will darken in color and become non stick. You should only wash your stone in hot water and scrape off excess food with the Pan Scraper provided. Do not put your stone in the dishwasher and they recommend not to use soap.
You may want to look it up online or go their website and email them, that will probably be your best bet.

I believe that commis is French for assistant.A Commis is a trainee or assistant Chef and the first step on the ladder of Chef 'ranks'Clearly, once a trainee Chef becomes qualified, s/he would then be addressed as a Commis Chef. Prior to qualification as a Chef, s/he would be just a trainee Chef.
can you cook? if so then your a chef :) now just find a company to cook for and your a chef for them, so if your a chef then you can cook and if you can cook then your a chef but if your not a hired as a chef your just a cook so if you think about it your not a chef your a cook until when you get hired then your no longer a cook your a chef but not for yourself because then you'd be a cook but now your a chef for them... not a cook
