Recommend you save your Xtrax data in XML format, then you should be able to open in Excel without any problems.
There is no copy area in Excel, but Windows has a clipboard where you can copy stuff.
You can transfer a PDF file into an excel file but simply copy and pasting the information into the excel program to create your spreadsheet. If this does not work there is no option.
