Can you crush methadone into clean urine and have your urinalysis come back positive for it?

I don't think so. All the clinics I've ever been on always took blood to determine your levels. I don't think they'd go through all the extra hassle with th blood if they were able to check levels thru urine. I could be mistaken though.

if you are being tested for methadone as part of your methadone treatment for opiate addiction the answer is yes, you can do it, but they will know you did not ingest the methadone.

In these instances they aren't testing necessarily just for methadone but the presence of the methadone metabolite which shows that your body processed the methadone.

Therefore sprinkling methadone into your urine will not produce the effect to keep you from failing the drug screen.

If you are attending an MMT clinic it is quite obvious you are not doing the program properly or you wouldn't need to be falsifying a drug screen. I would suggest you either do the program right or get off so that the rest of us who ARE doing the program correctly stop getting blamed for these types of behaviors.

If you are trying to do the program right but struggling and that is why you are needing to fake a UA, then I suggest you speak candidly to your clinic so they can be aware of your struggles and address the situation appropriately.

Well the simple answer would be NO. This is due to the fact that when attending the methadone clinic they are actually looking for metabolites that have broken down the methadone and shows that u have in fact been taking your drink. When u put methadone into urine it will show up that a huge amount much larger than any normal dose or legal dose is in your system and also the metabolites will not be present. Trust me DO NOT do this, I know many ppl who have tried and have suffered the consequences which are much worse than simply being honest with the dr. Addiction is a difficult thing and it is normal to hit a bump in the road here and there but when u deny or try to cover up the fact that u hit a bump ur doctor will see the addict and not the addict in recovery. I hate it when ppl say use it properly bla bla bla and u will not have to go through faking a test but honestly it isnt that easy and so I will not give u that lecture but the best advice I can give is to be honest with the doctor and u will see that things will turn out ok. I tried to mess with hmy test when I first gained all my carries and was cost and lost them all. The last time I went to the doctor I failed my test for cocaine and admitted I had tried it for the first time and regretted it. He gave me a warning but the next time and three times following the first I was dirty again and again for cocaine although I never used it again so just a heads up ur body takes time to get rid of that stuff, not like opiods. I got two warnings then lost one of my carries but have since gained it back. If it is cocaine u are worried about u can say that it could bein the weed, If i knew that I would have said it but only found out later on. A little white lie here and there cant hurt
