I wouldn't recommend it. You'll just make it obnoxiously loud and likely lose horsepower due to the lower heat retention in the exhaust. If you would like a different sound there are many aftermarket systems designed for these sleds. SLP, MBRP, PSI and AAEN come to mind... Just be careful and RESPECTFUL!! with them, too many riding areas are no longer because of careless riders on loud sleds.

I've heard around 55 mph if you mean Polaris 600. My Can-am DSX 450 will do about 85 mph wound up.
step on the foot brake. then pull the shift lever to the desired gear.
polaris belt is the best, can get them from your dealer for $65 or less usually.

Your Polaris Sportsmen 600 transmission can be filled with any SAE certified transmission fluid. The manufacturer recommends that you do not over fill the transmission.

Polaris Blue, Polaris is the only one who makes it and it is recommended with most polaris snowmobiles. If it is high performance, u should use the Premium synthetic GOLD
