HINT: the folder will always be/appear on your right side while the display name is an entry of the folder located on the left side. Technically these types of entries with the AB icons are called STRING VALUE entries. First of all, you should be able to force the defragger to run even when there's less than 15% free space. It just might not be as efficient. Second, you can go to Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (or Control Panel -> Programs and Features on Vista) and uninstall programs you no longer use. You can also try browsing through your My Documents folder and subfolders for information (pictures, video, old downloads, etc.) that you no longer need and can delete.
