Definitely. It's actually a common side-effect. Also, it has nothing to do with not eating or drinking enough like some suggest. The fainting is caused by insufficient oxygen flowing to the brain.

It is true it is illegal to smoke marijuana but ofcourse you can smoke it.
I fainted years before trying cannabis and never had any problems. If you are talking about immediately after, im not sure but i can only imagine it would calm you Dow and make it easier to fuinction again quicker.
There are no studies so ill just say, why the hell not? Light that joint and enjoy my friend.
