Yes, you can. Some people may not have a large enough tolerance developed like the people it has been prescribed for and an opiate overdose leads to respiratory failure so you will stop breathing and then you're heart will stop beating since it relaxes the diaphragm so much if you are not used to large doses of Oxycontin. Please stay safe and hope this answers your question.

Oxycontin is time release, and oxycodone is not.
yes
Ive taken many of each and im not dead. I was in severe car accident and perscribed both.
Why would you take Oxycontin/Oxycodone for seizures? It isn't used for seizures!
No, you will not find aspirin in Oxycontin unless you are taking the brand names Percodan-Demi, or Percodan. These do contain aspirin.
Why are you taking Oxycontin, and why are you being tested? If you are being legitimately treated for illness with Oxycontin, be upfront with the people who expect you to test; a note from your doctor or detailed receipt (with a diagnosis) from the clinic will help. Taking such medication may still disqualify you (at least temporarily) from certain jobs. If you are taking Oxycontin without a prescription (or even worse, recreationally), you are playing with your health. Stop it. If you can't stop it, get help.
Yes. It can be fatal.

Yes, this is safe to do. Oxycontin and Remicade have no known drug interactions. Remember to be careful when using Oxycontin. Oxycontin is a very powerful pain medicine and can really hurt you if it is misused. Dr. Jacob M. Deese, MD
