∙ 12y agoIt would depend on how much you ate. In this world, cannibalism still exists and, while illness -does- happen, chances are you won't. The flames used to burn the human body would generally killed the bacteria. I am not sure what would happen if the person was ill though. My mom accidentally ate part of my brother (she was scattering them and the wind blew it back) and he had cancer. If I find the answer to that, I will let you know :)
