BK is restricted to six years after the discharge of a previous filing. Although in some cases exceptions have been made, not usually in personal filings, however. BK laws are becoming much stricter about allowing multiple, consecutive filings.

As of October 17, 2005, the new time limit for filing a Chapter 7 is now eight (8) years from the discharge date of a previous "7" filing. The time limit for a Chapter 13 is four (4) years from the discharge date of a previous "7" and two(2) years from the discharge date of a previous "13".

Yes, you can file as often as you want just as long as you don't file for the same result, thanks to the law change made October 17, 2005. But it's not probably that you can do it more than 4 times with out suspicion from the law.
