Not unless you get rockbox, i don't recommend it though, its quit buggy and the buttons are not exactly for an emulator.

There are many ways to get your pics onto your Sansa, some in which you don't have to download. The simplest is to go to paint in 'Accessories' (in which all computers should have) Make or Paste the photo there and save it. Go back to Internal Memory---Photo---Fuze Photos--- Then 'Open' in pain, drag that picture to Fuze Photos. It should appear in your Photo section of your Sansa. If that doesn't work then try to save them into your 'My Documents' in 'My Pictures' THEN drag them into the 'Fuze Photos'.Good Luck.
In the blue car.
Sansa Media Converter is the best converter for your Fuze. But since this may be a little bit different then what your used to I am going to give you the instructions on how to use it! Here is the directions on how to download videos onto your Fuze: If you use Sansa Media Converter instead of the program you are using now there won't be any problems. Here is the advice I can give you on putting videos onto your Fuze: The easiest way to put videos on the Sansa Fuze is to go on Youtube. Once your on Youtube, search the video you want. Add 'pwn' in front of the web address and click "Download MP4 Version" Once you do this it will ask you what you would like to name it. Name it the videos name because this is what will appear in the menu on your Fuze. Open Sansa Media Converter (available on sansa.com) and add the video by simply dragging it from its current positon (it's current position, after finished downloading, should be either in your desktop or "Your Computer" the "Your Computer" Icon should be in your start menu). Hit the "convert" button and you'll be all set! If you want to download movies you'll have to buy them. Sorry!:'(. Hope this helps! I am going to state the obvious now but remember your Fuze has to be plugged into your computer! GOOD LUCK!
You can use a free text to image converter like rendertext (http://rendertext.sourceforge.net), it convert text to photos as book pages.
