Can you surf the web and download movies and music on Nintendo 3ds?

Yes. Using an SD Card, you can play music on the DSi, DSi XL, and 3DS. However, it does not have a large enough hard drive to store all of your music so you have to bring your SD card whenever you want to play music. An SD card comes with the 3DS.
Note: You cannot download music using the 3DS, only play music.
