No. iTunes has it's own format that is not compatible. You may be able to burn the songs to a disc, then put them back into the computer from the disc... that may change the format.
There are also converters you can download that will convert the Itunes mp4 format to an mp3 format.
Yes, the songs on iTunes are free from DRM so you can play songs downloaded from iTunes in any MP3-player that supports AAC. Just copy your music from the iTunes library to the MP3-players flash drive and you are ready to go.

It is a program you can download (link below under "Related Links") to put movies and music on your Sansa player.
If your sansa says writing while your downloading music that means your downloading the music on to your sansa. When it doesn't say writing anymore that means the music is downloaded.
okay i put music on sansa shaker what do i do?

itunes :)
you can't "Install" music, you can download. You can go on itunes and buy music or go on the internet and download it for free, but you have to have a music player to listen to them, so if you don't have Windows Media Player or Itunes download them
iTunes has its own format, so really, you can't.What i do is download "froustwire"; it's free and legal to download the songs I want. Make a playlist, then put the playlist in "my music" and/or "my playlist".Go to Windows Media Player and the playlist will be there. Plug in your Sansa mp3 player in the USB slot and burn the songs onto it. Another way (that I think is easier) is as follows: Go onto iTunes, Go to Edit, Click Preferences, Advanced, Import Using:-MP3 Encoder. Now, all of the songs that you buy on iTunes should change to an mp3 format. Plug in your Sansa mp3 Player in the USB slot, and download the songs that you want. *tip- if it doesn't work, then that might mean that the song that your downloading was bought before you changed the settings. I know, it's not the best, is it? Good Luck!
Yes.
Itunes. You can download it from itunes.com
on itunes or windows media player
If you have an Apple Music subscription, you can log into your Apple ID, select the songs from iTunes and download them for offline listening within the Apple Music app or iTunes desktop client. Alternatively, you can also try Macsome iTunes Converter. It can download iTunes music files and Apple Music tracks on your computer. Then you can find the downloaded tracks locally. In this way, you can listen to iTunes music on any media player.
