there is no such thing as sims 2 horses on the sims 2 game, and you can't do anything about the sims2 without base sims 2 game.
You need the sims 2 game to get horses.< and there is such a thing as horses on sims if you go to MTS2 (mode the sims 2) you can download some pretty cool horse statues and they look pretty realistic (in a sims 2 way) you can also get rideable ones but you can only do walk and trot on them. However you cannot interact with them. I have downloaded horses, so it is possible!

(This is only if you are ok with having to pay for the download or if you have the disc to the sims 3. you must also have the disc for the game you want to play.)
