Nope it is not possible. I don't know why but, no you cannot drink through a straw that has a hole in it.
Through a straw. Like a plastic takeaway milkshake cup? With a lid over the top and a hole in the middle? They have those with straws in the hole but have to drink the whole container or put some sellotape over the end of a straw to block the exit.
I personally think you drink more when using a straw. I drink twice as much with a straw than tipping the cup.
we can not drink cold drink through straw at moon because moon has no atmosphere to exert pressure on liquid
Assuming you do not refer to the hole at the top and bottom but are referring to a third hole somewhere above the liquid line then the reason is this; By sucking on the top of the straw which is in a liquid, you create a vacuum above the liquid line which draws the liquid to replace the vacuum. If a hole appears somewhere above the liquid line then air is drawn limiting the vacuum and thus the liquid cannot be drawn through the straw.

When the oxygen from your body suck air through mouth and makes the drink go through the straw and into your mouth. If you don't breath then you won't suck and get as much of the drink than you did before.
when you drink through a straw you remove some of the air in the straw. Because there is less air pressure of the straw is reduced. But the atmospheric pressure on the surface of the liquid.
because there is a gap throgh it therefore liquid can pass through it (:
I drank out of my straw. in the story the three little pigs one pig made his house out of straw.
Stick a straw through the metal rapper and sip
