just make sure you have an authentic otterbox case and that the case model is the armored waterproof one!!!
I myself have an iPod touch 4 OTTERBOX defender case and let me tell you, it works absolutely great! It's probably ok to drop in the water, there's a built in screen protector and it has three layers of protection. Water or anything else shouldn't damage your iPod. The OTTERBOX defender is meant to defend and protect your iPod touch. And it does! Hope this helped!
No not from water. It's just good for protecting it from breaking, in case you drop it.
The best cases for the IPhone and the IPad are made by a company called Otterbox. The Otterbox is best because it is indestructible which is good if you drop it.
A fake OtterBox case may visually resemble the genuine product, but it typically lacks the same level of protection, durability, and quality control. Authentic OtterBox cases undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet specific standards for drop protection and water resistance. While a counterfeit may be cheaper, it often compromises on materials and design, potentially leaving your device vulnerable to damage. Overall, for reliable protection, it's best to invest in the real OtterBox case.
It depends on your preference. The silicon cases are better if you just want to cover the iPod Touch so you don't accidentally let go of the iPod. The hard cases are better for those who are clumsy and will drop their iPods. I would recommend the Silicon Case, because the case is easy to take off and is pretty flexible. I recomend a Pelican case, they are watertight and covered by a lifetime warranty and come in many colors and sizes, yeah if you drop your ipod a lot a hard case like a Pelican is great.
Many things could happen to the iPod Touch. If you drop a match on it while spilling gasoline on it, it would catch on fire. You could also drop it in water when carrying a water bucket with two hands and the iPod in your mouth and you accidentally drop it.
Is it a new ipod? And did you drop it in water? if its new it will be under warranty
The Commuter Series case from Otterbox seems to be the best. It comes with a screen protector, silicone skin, and hard plastic case. I've dropped mine a few times and it just plain sounds solid.
throw it burn it break the screen drop it in water etc......
You should think about ordering an iPod Touch 4G case along with your iPod if you are buying it on the Internet. This is important to have so that the expensive gadget is not damaged if you drop it. Since you will pay so much for the iPod in the first place, you should not take any chances. You need to order the case with the iPod so that there are no days during which an accident could occur.
try drying it with a hair dryer, worked on my phone
I would say a hard case because if u drop it it wouldn't be as likely to break I don't have one but that was my opinion
