Yup, but you need to strip the color off first with something like Color Zap. That way you won't damage your hair as much trying to get your hair a light shade of blond. Color Zap does damage your hair because it is stripping the color off, but it doesn't damage as much as bleach. Plus, you don't want the previous color you dyed to interact with the toner you use for going blond because it may turn your hair copper, green or blue.
