Yess i actually just did that, all you have to do if your not going to a salon is buy the frost and glow tips box, get two to cover the whole head, its called a highlight tip, or a root kit but its frost and glow or frosted tips either one and its bleach type stuff so it works do not get a regualr blond hair dye box it will turn it orangeish make sure its a highlighting kit and get two boxes do NOT use the cap just do your whole head.

You could use a colour stripper but they can dammage your hair so i suggest just dyeing your hair blonde again first of all when you dye your hair or streak it your not suppose to wash it the first day. So ya dye your hair blonde again.

that's not really the case i am a brunette but i dye my hair red and my best friend is a blonde who dyes her hair jet black..... it is not necessarily just brunettes who dye their hair blonde either.... some blondes go blonder some red heads get blonde streaks..... so all i am really trying to say is it really depends on the person... not necessarily their "group" (aka blonde, brunette, red heads, etc.)
