I have never eaten marrow seeds myself (yet) but they are widely eaten in parts of Central and South America where they are eaten raw, roasted and fried.
bone marrow its redish when you break your bone your bone marrow will spill internaly plus you can donate it but the persons have to drill you
They have fat because of what they eat, your bones have fat in them you just cant see it with the human eye.
