It is not a great idea to eat a popsicle after you get a tooth pulled. Generally, a dentist will recommend at least 30 minutes after having a dental procedure before eating and drinking.

If you mean ''What will happen of your tooth comes out and the permanent tooth came out too?'' then you will have to get that spot of your mouth replaced with a fake tooth or get a fake tooth that you can take in and out (but not like dentures), because when my dad was little, his Dentist accidentally pulled the wrong teeth out of his mouth and they gave him 'pop-in' teeth that he takes out every night before he goes to bed and puts back in in the morning before he goes to work.
