That depends on the floor. If the floor is as clean as the dishes you eat from, and hasn't been walked on, you could be OK. Generally, it is not a good idea to eat food that has landed on the floor since the flooring could harbor bacteria you cannot see. That could be a problem, unless your immune system is good (if you survive eating off the floor, that must be the case).
