For instance, there's a traditional dish called "Tsimmis" which is a concoction of matzah dumplings with various fruits and vegetables that are themselves kosher for passover. And since matzah is wheat flour, then yes. And I suppose some people consider "matzah balls" a form of dumpling as well, so it depends on what you consider a dumpling!
