That depends on where you bought them and or how long they have been in your fridge.
If you purchase fresh eggs from a farm you can be reasonably sure they were laid within the past day or two. Fresh eggs from the grocery store could be up to 30 days old before you buy them and then age as you keep them stored.
A good test is to put the eggs in a deep bowl of water, if they float to the surface, discard them, if the float just off the bottom of the bowl use them right away, don't store them any longer.
