the seeds from a kiwi fruit are not poisonous but in fact the spiky bits on the skin of a kiwi is a human can take in a small percentage of this but if you take in too much it results in bad food poisoning. Trust me i know from experience.

They are rich in an omega-3 fatty acid called alpha-linolenic acid, which helps out your heart and brain and also helps regulate cholesterol. As a side note, the fuzzy skin is edible as well, although it is generally loaded with pesticides and other toxins that settle in through the air.
