okay i am sorry but i can not give a definit anser. on the radio i heard it is actuly okay to eat after 8 pm. but also i hear from people it is bad, personally i belive it's a myth, to eat after 8pm is not bad, but if you eat then go to bed that can be bad, if you eat greesy foods before you go to bed you'll wake up feeling sick and likee your sick, but if you indeed go to bed after eating a salad or something healthy it seems to not make you wake up feeling sick, so eating after 8pm is okay but eating before you go to bed depends, sorry if this is wrong it's my own experiences and no real source i can find easly.
it is bad for you to eat after 8pm because it not healthy.
