Depends, the actual wood itself you cant eat.
However you can eat the inner layer of bark, as well as the needles, pine buds, and pine seeds.
Although pine bark is very tough and takes a while to chew as it has the texture and consistency of very tough jerky, it is a great source of reliable food in a "survival" situation. And boiling helps soften it.
